“Irma” – Morcella

Enter the apartment on the first floor, straight into a large living area, from this to the left is a bright, light, well equipped kitchen and dining area with a large brick corner fireplace.

From the hallway there is the first of 2 bathrooms, with W.C, washbasin, shower ,  then a large double  bedroom which offers beautiful views across the open countryside, followed by a second double bedroom and the second bathroom with W.C, washbasin, bath and Bidet. Finally there is the third good sized double  bedroom .

The apartment has a mixture of wooden and  ceramic flooring  throughout. Lots of light and all rooms are generously proportioned.  The apartment has 2 separate cantina’s on the ground floor, currently used as storage / utility facilities.

Morcella is a peaceful and quite little Borgo, in the Summer it holds a popular festa.  Marsciano is only a few minutes’ drive away where one can find all amenities, including many great bars and restaurants, also large supermarkets, post office, theatre, banks and chemists.

Perugia  is the nearest airport approximately 33kms away, and offers regular flights to and from London and other destinations.
